Home users can purchase standard or proactive prepaid support time. Standard prepaid support time never expires and proactive support time expires in the number of months equal to the number of hours purchased.
Note: Proactive expiration means that the proactive rate of used time will be adjusted to the standard home pay-as-you-go rate after the expiration period. Any excess value can be refunded or applied to a new purchase.
All prepaid time block purchases include expert onsite, remote, and email tech help and support:
-30 Minute Onsite Minimum
-15 Minute Remote Minimum
-15 Minute Increment Billing

HOME USER PROACTIVE SUPPORT



The standard Pay-As-You-Go rate for home users is $99/hour prorated in 15-minute increments after the first 1-hour minimum. Pay-As-You-Go service does NOT include remote support or email support. We also offer prepaid support packages for ease of billing, remote support, and FREE email support at discounted rates as low as $70/hour allowing for half hour minimum visits versus the standard 1-hour minimum. You may take advantage of these packages by clicking the corresponding drop-down menu above. Standard rates apply M-F 9:00 am – 6:00 pm. Weekend and after hour rates increase by $10/hour if you are not a prepaid customer. Prepaid customers do NOT incur rate increases for weekends or after hours support.
